＜叶匠壽庵寿長生の郷（かのうしょうじゅあんすないのさと）＞
和菓子の名店「叶匠寿庵」が手がける店。丘陵地に広がる自然豊かな敷地にベーカリーやショップ、食事処、甘味処などが点在。餡（あん）づくりの匠ならではの絶品スイーツが味わえる。
滋賀県民の誇りの、叶匠寿庵さん行ってきました。
都会の喧騒から離れて、美味しい和菓子と、着物着た女性の方に、目の前で入れていただいたお茶いただきました。梅林もほんとキレイで。
和菓子と日本茶は、西宮市の甲陽園にある北山緑化植物公園でいただいたお茶以来。俗に言う、茶道ってやつですね。滋賀の人気の観光スポットのたねやさんの、ラコリーナもいいのですが、個人的には、寿長生の郷（すないのさと）のほうが、ゆっくりできるので、お気に入りです。
＜Kano Shoju-an Sunao no Sato＞
Kano Shojuan, a renowned Japanese confectionery shop, operates this establishment. A bakery, shops, dining areas, and sweet shops are scattered across the expansive, naturally rich grounds nestled in the hills. Here, you can savor exquisite sweets crafted by masters of bean paste preparation.
I visited Kano Shojuan, a source of pride for Shiga residents.
Away from the city bustle, I enjoyed delicious wagashi and tea prepared right before my eyes by a woman in kimono. The plum grove was truly beautiful too.
It had been since my visit to the Kitayama Greenery Botanical Garden in Koyoen, Nishinomiya City, that I’d enjoyed wagashi and Japanese tea together. You know, what they call the tea ceremony. While Tanaya’s Lacorina is a popular tourist spot in Shiga, personally, I prefer Sunao no Sato because it’s more relaxing.
